What is The Residence on Etihad?
It is a three-room private suite on the A380 with a living area, bedroom and shower, sold as a single unit rather than per seat. It flies on a very small number of routes and needs to be booked well ahead.
Does Etihad offer premium economy?
Etihad's premium cabins are Business and First. If premium economy is what you are after on a route Etihad serves, we will quote it on a partner or alternative carrier alongside the Etihad option.
What is the difference between First Apartments and standard First?
First Apartments are the A380 product, with a separate armchair and bed within an enclosed space. On other aircraft the First product is a more conventional suite. Because it is aircraft-dependent, we confirm which one operates your flight.
How do I contact Etihad Airways directly?
