Our service fees
Last updated: 26 Jul 2026
Airlaza charges a service fee for arranging premium-cabin and group bookings, separate from the airline fare itself. This page explains what that fee covers and how it's disclosed. It does not list fixed amounts, because the fee depends on the complexity of the itinerary — a single business class ticket and a 20-passenger group booking across three cabins are not the same amount of work.
What the fee covers
- Checking your route against published fares, contracted fares and routing alternatives
- Preparing a written quote with fare rules attached
- Ticketing and confirming the booking with the airline
- A named specialist as your point of contact for that booking, including for changes handled after ticketing (see Post-ticketing fees)
When it's charged
The fee is stated as a separate line item on your written quote, before you pay. You will always see the airline fare and the Airlaza service fee broken out separately — we don't fold one into the other.
How you pay
We send a secure payment link from our payment provider once you approve the quote. Card details are entered on the provider's page and are never collected or stored on this website.
Questions about a specific quote
If a fee on a quote you've received doesn't look right, call the specialist desk on +1-888-890-4009 and reference your quote number.
