Yes, but only on the A380, which limits it to a small number of routes. On most itineraries Qsuite is the top cabin actually available, and it often compares well against First on other carriers.

On fitted aircraft the centre seats can be configured as a four-seat shared space. Availability depends on the aircraft, the seat map and how far ahead you book, so it is worth raising at enquiry stage rather than at check-in.
