If you've found a lower price for the identical itinerary from another IATA-accredited travel agency or the airline's own website, we will review it against your Airlaza quote.

What qualifies

• Same airline, flight numbers and cabin (business, first or premium economy)
• Same fare rules — a restricted fare cannot be matched against a fully flexible one
• Publicly available at the time you submit the request, from a licensed agency or the airline directly
• Submitted before you complete payment on your Airlaza quote

What doesn't qualify

• Prices from unlicensed resellers, screenshots without a live booking link, or expired offers
• Award or miles-based fares compared against cash fares
• Group fares compared against individually published fares

How to request a match

Call the specialist desk on +1-888-890-4009 or email sales@airlaza.com with your Airlaza quote reference and a link to the comparison fare. We'll confirm in writing whether it qualifies and, if so, the adjusted price.
