Does KLM have a First Class cabin?
No. World Business Class is the top cabin. Where First matters we will quote alternatives, including Air France's La Première on the same booking where the routing allows.
What is Premium Comfort?
It is KLM's premium economy cabin, sitting between Economy and World Business Class on seat width, recline and baggage allowance. It is fitted across the long-haul fleet.
Is connecting through Schiphol straightforward?
It is generally one of the easier large European hubs, with a single-terminal layout and short minimum connection times. We will still build in sensible connection time rather than the tightest legal one.
How do I contact KLM directly?
For a booking you made directly with the airline, use the official contact channels on the KLM website. Airlaza is an independent agency and cannot act as KLM customer service. If Airlaza issued your ticket, contact us instead — changes, refunds and schedule disruptions on our tickets are handled by us with the airline on your behalf.
