What is SWISS Senses?
SWISS Senses is the newer long-haul cabin programme, covering First, Business and Premium Economy. It is being introduced aircraft by aircraft, so the product varies by flight. We confirm which cabin version operates your dates.
Does SWISS fly First Class on every long-haul route?
No. First is fitted to part of the long-haul fleet only, so coverage is narrow. Where it is not available we will quote Business and set out the difference.
Is Zurich a good connecting hub?
It is small relative to Frankfurt or Heathrow and generally quick to move through, which makes it a reasonable choice when you want a short connection rather than the biggest network.
How do I contact SWISS directly?
For a booking you made directly with the airline, use the official contact channels on the SWISS website. Airlaza is an independent agency and cannot act as SWISS customer service. If Airlaza issued your ticket, contact us instead — changes, refunds and schedule disruptions on our tickets are handled by us with the airline on your behalf.
Why book SWISS through Airlaza rather than direct?
