Terms and conditions
Last updated: 26 Jul 2026
These terms govern your use of airlaza.com and any booking made through Airlaza Ltd ("Airlaza", "we", "us"). By requesting a quote or making a booking with us, you agree to them.
1. Our role
Airlaza is an independent, IATA-accredited travel agent. We act as an intermediary between you and the airline: we search, quote and arrange ticketing, but the contract of carriage for your flight is between you and the operating airline, and that airline's own conditions of carriage and fare rules apply to your ticket.
2. Quotes and bookings
A quote is valid for the period stated on it and is subject to fare and availability changes until payment is confirmed. A booking is only confirmed once we have issued the ticket and sent you confirmation with your e-ticket number.
3. Fees
Our service fee is shown separately from the airline fare on every quote, before you pay. See Our service fees and Post-ticketing service fees for detail.
4. Payment
Payment is taken through a secure payment link issued by our payment provider. We do not collect or store card details directly.
5. Changes, cancellations and refunds
These are governed by the fare rules attached to your specific ticket, which we state in writing at quote stage. See Cancellation policy and Refund policy.
6. Accuracy of information
We take reasonable care to quote accurate fares, schedules and fare rules at the time of quoting, but airlines can change schedules, aircraft and fare rules after a quote is issued and before ticketing. Any such change will be confirmed with you before your booking is finalised.
7. Limitation of liability
Airlaza's liability is limited to the service fee paid to us for arranging your booking. We are not liable for the acts, omissions, delays, cancellations or schedule changes of any airline, which are the airline's own responsibility under its conditions of carriage.
8. Force majeure
We are not liable for failure to perform our obligations where that failure results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including airline industrial action, government restrictions, or airspace closures.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
