Cancellation policy

Cancelling a flight booked through Airlaza has two parts: what the airline's fare rules allow for that specific ticket, and Airlaza's own service fee terms.

The airline side

Every fare has its own cancellation rules, set by the airline, not by Airlaza — whether it's fully refundable, refundable minus a cancellation charge, or non-refundable with the value held as credit. These rules are stated in writing on your quote before you pay, so you know what you're agreeing to before you book.

The Airlaza side

Our own service fee for arranging the original booking is generally non-refundable once the booking is ticketed, because that work has been completed. Where an airline fare is refundable, we pass the airline's refund through to you in full; our service fee for processing the cancellation itself is set out in Post-ticketing service fees.

Cooling-off / before ticketing

Before a ticket is issued, no cancellation fee applies — a quote you haven't paid for can simply be left to expire.

Airline-initiated cancellations

If the airline cancels or significantly changes your flight, contact us and we will help you rebook or pursue the airline's own compensation at no additional Airlaza fee.
