What is the Retreat Suite?
It is the largest Upper Class seat, in the front row of the cabin on A350 and A330neo aircraft, with more space than a standard suite. There are only a couple per aircraft, so it needs booking early and it carries a premium.
Does Virgin Atlantic have a First Class cabin?
No. Upper Class is the top cabin. On routes where a true First cabin matters, we will price alternatives on carriers that fly one.
Is Virgin Premium the same as premium economy?
Yes — "Premium" is Virgin Atlantic's name for its premium economy cabin. It sits between Economy and Upper Class on seat width, recline and baggage.
How do I contact Virgin Atlantic directly?
For a booking you made directly with the airline, use the official contact channels on the Virgin Atlantic website.
