- Lie-flat seating and direct aisle access on long-haul
- Lounge access, priority boarding and extra baggage
- Flexible and semi-flexible fare options compared side by side
- Corporate travel policy compliance on request
Business, first and premium cabins — quoted by specialists.
We do one thing: premium-cabin and group air travel. Tell us the route and a specialist prices it against published fares, contracted fares and routing alternatives.
Three cabins. Three completely different conversations.
Each has its own fare rules, upgrade paths and negotiated inventory. We quote against all of them, not just the one that shows up first in a search box.
- Private suites on the carriers that still fly a true first cabin
- Chauffeur transfers and dedicated check-in where offered
- Award and cash options assessed together
- Limited inventory — worth booking well ahead
- Wider seat and greater recline than economy, at a fraction of business
- Increased baggage allowance on most carriers
- Often the best value on ultra-long-haul routes
- Paid upgrade routes from economy assessed at time of quote
Ten passengers or more travel on different rules.
Group fares are contracted, not published. Names can usually be added later, deposits hold the seats, and the whole party stays on one booking. Tell us the headcount and the dates — we will come back with what the airlines will actually contract.
Airline guides
Cabin detail, baggage rules and premium routes for the carriers we book most often. Airlaza is an independent agency and is not affiliated with any of them.
How a booking actually runs
You send the brief
Route, dates, cabin, passenger count. A form is fine; so is a phone call if the itinerary is complicated.
We price it
A specialist checks published fares, contracted fares and routing alternatives, then sends written options with the fare rules attached.
You approve and pay
We send a secure payment link from the payment provider. Card details are entered on their page, never stored by us.
We ticket and hand over
Tickets are issued, you get the confirmation and e-ticket numbers, and the same specialist handles any changes afterwards.
Tell us where you are going.
Every enquiry goes to a named specialist, not a queue. If your dates are flexible, say so — it is usually where the biggest difference in premium fares sits.
What happens to your enquiry
We use it to price your trip and contact you about it. We do not ask for card or passport details on this form, and we do not sell your information.
