Frequently asked
Does Emirates still fly a First Class cabin?
Yes. Emirates operates First on the Airbus A380 and on selected Boeing 777 aircraft. It is a small cabin and does not fly on every route, so First tends to sell out far earlier than Business.
What is the baggage allowance in Emirates Business Class?
It depends on how your route is priced. Routes to and from the Americas are usually piece-based, while most other routes are weight-based, so the same cabin can carry a different allowance depending on where you are flying. The allowance that applies to you is printed on your ticket, and we state it in writing on every quote.
Is Premium Economy available on every Emirates flight?
No. Premium Economy is fitted to the A380 fleet and to a growing number of Boeing 777 aircraft, but not all of them, and aircraft assignments change seasonally. We confirm the operating aircraft for your dates before quoting.
How do I contact Emirates directly?
For a booking you made directly with the airline, use the official contact channels on the Emirates website. Airlaza is an independent agency and cannot act as Emirates customer service. If Airlaza issued your ticket, contact us instead — changes, refunds and schedule disruptions on our tickets are handled by us with the airline on your behalf.
Why book Emirates through Airlaza rather than direct?
Two reasons, and neither is a secret discount. Agencies hold contracted premium-cabin fares that are not published on airline websites, so on some routes the same seat prices differently. And on complex itineraries — multi-city, mixed carriers, or ten or more passengers — routing done by hand generally beats a search box. If the airline's own price is better, we will tell you.
