What is La Première?
La Première is Air France's first class cabin. It is very small and fitted to a limited number of aircraft, so route coverage is narrow and availability is usually the binding constraint rather than price.
Is Air France premium economy a fixed-shell seat?
Yes — the seat slides forward within a fixed shell rather than reclining into the space behind. Some people prefer that, some do not, which is worth knowing before you book a long sector.
Can I use Flying Blue miles on a fare booked through an agency?
You can normally credit miles to Flying Blue on eligible paid fares. Redeeming miles is done through the programme itself. Tell us your number at enquiry stage and we will add it to the booking.
How do I contact Air France directly?
