Privacy policy
Last updated: 26 Jul 2026
This policy explains what personal data Airlaza Ltd collects, why, and what rights you have over it.
1. Who we are
Airlaza Ltd, 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, United Kingdom, WC2H 9JQ, is the data controller for information collected through this website.
2. What we collect
- Contact details you provide on an enquiry or quote form — name, email, phone number
- Travel details you provide — route, dates, cabin, passenger count, and any preferences you share
- Booking and ticketing information once a booking is made
- Technical data such as IP address and browser type, and cookie data as described in our Cookie Policy
We do not collect payment card details on this website. Payment is taken through a secure payment link issued by our payment provider, which processes card data directly under its own privacy terms.
3. How we use it
- To prepare quotes and process bookings you request
- To contact you about an enquiry, quote or existing booking
- To meet our legal and regulatory obligations as a travel agent
- To measure and improve this website, including through the analytics and advertising cookies described in our Cookie Policy
4. Legal basis
We process your data to take steps at your request before entering a contract and to perform that contract (preparing quotes and bookings), to comply with legal obligations, and, for optional analytics and advertising cookies, on the basis of your consent given through the cookie banner.
5. Who we share it with
We share the minimum necessary data with airlines and global distribution systems to make your booking, with our payment provider to process payment, and with service providers who support our website and communications (such as email and analytics providers) under contracts that protect your data.
6. International transfers
Where data is transferred outside the UK or EEA — for example, to an airline or system based elsewhere — we take reasonable steps to ensure it is protected to a comparable standard.
7. How long we keep it
We retain booking and enquiry data for as long as needed to provide our service and meet legal, accounting and regulatory requirements, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
8. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal data, to receive a copy of it in a portable format, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these, contact us at sales@airlaza.com. UK and EU residents also have the right to complain to their data protection authority — see our GDPR notice for detail. California residents have additional rights described in our CCPA notice.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time; the date at the top shows when it was last revised.
