These Terms of Service govern your use of this website (the "Travel Site"), as well as any travel-related products, services, and content.

LCA reserves the right to change (a) the Travel Site, including removing or terminating any material or feature of the Travel Site, (b) any fees or charges for using the Travel Site, and (c) any fees or charges for using the Travel Site at any time. (c) these Terms of Service. The Terms of Use in effect at the time of your use shall govern your continuing use of the Travel Site.
Third parties (the "Service Providers") provide certain products, services, and content available on the Travel Site, including, but not limited to, air carriers, hotels, car rental agencies, cruise lines, tour operators, insurance carriers, and other suppliers providing travel or other services on the Travel Site. In addition, the Service Suppliers and/or their third-party providers and distributors own the copyrighted software and data available on the Travel Site.
Your reservation and purchase of items and services on the Travel Site will be subject to additional terms and restrictions specified by the appropriate Service Provider. You agree to comply with these terms and conditions, including timely payment of any amounts due and adherence to the applicable Service Provider's regulations, rules, and limits regarding the availability and use of tickets, goods, and services. You understand that any violation of any such Service Provider's terms, conditions, policies, rules, or restrictions may result in (a) forfeiture of any monies paid for such reservation or purchase, (b) cancellation of your reservation or purchase, (c) denial of access to any flights, hotels, or other products or services, and (d) LCA debiting your account for any costs LCA incurs as a result of such violation. You accept responsibility for any costs, fees, duties, taxes, and levies incurred as a result of your use of the Travel Site.
THE TRAVEL SITE, AS WELL AS ALL MATERIALS AND SERVICES PROVIDED ON THE TRAVEL SITE, ARE USED AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE TRAVEL SITE, AS WELL AS ALL MATERIALS AND SERVICES AVAILABLE ON THE TRAVEL SITE, IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE."
THE SERVICE PROVIDERS ARE NOT LCA EMPLOYEES OR AGENTS, BUT INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS. LCA SERVES ONLY AS A SALES AGENT FOR THE SERVICE PROVIDERS AND IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY PERSONAL INJURIES, DEATH, PROPERTY DAMAGE OR LOSS, OR OTHER DAMAGES OR EXPENSES RESULTING FROM THEIR ACTIONS, ERRORS, OMISSIONS, REPRESENTATIONS, WARRANTIES, OR NEGLIGENCE.
IN THE EVENT OF ANY DELAY, CANCELLATION, OVERBOOKING, STRIKE, ACTS OF WAR, TERRORISM, DISEASE OR OTHER FORCE MAJEURE EVENT OR OTHER CAUSE BEYOND ITS DIRECT CONTROL, LCA SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY AND WILL MAKE NO REFUND, AND LCA HAS NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY ADDITIONAL EXPENSE, OMISSIONS, DE THE FACT THAT LCA INCLUDES OR OFFERS ANY PRODUCT OR SERVICE ON THE TRAVEL SITE DOES NOT IMPLY THAT LCA ENDORSES OR RECOMMENDS IT.
CA AND THE SERVICE PROVIDERS ASSUME NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY DAMAGES TO, OR VIRUSES THAT MAY INFECT, YOUR COMPUTER EQUIPMENT OR OTHER PROPERTY AS A RESULT OF YOUR ACCESS TO, USE OF, OR BROWSING IN THE TRAVEL SITE, OR YOUR DOWNLOADING OF ANY MATERIALS, DATA, TEXT, IMAGES, VIDEO OR AUDIO, IN NO EVENT SHALL LCA OR ANY SERVICE PROVIDER BE LIABLE FOR ANY INJURY, LOSS, CLAIM, DAMAGE, OR ANY SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOST PROFITS OR LOST SAVINGS), WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHER.
You agree to defend and indemnify LCA and any Service Providers, as well as their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, and officers, directors, employees, and agents, against any claim, cause of action, or demand brought by a third party as a result of your use of the Travel Site (including reasonable legal and accounting fees).
LCA and the Service Providers own the trademarks, logos, and service marks ("Marks") shown on the Travel Site. Copyright protects all information and material, including any software programmes, available on or through the Travel Site ("Content")
